Lucy left us too soon on Sunday 6th July 2008 aged 22. She was due to celebrate her 23rd birthday on the 22nd July.

Lucy, you would light up a room when you entered it while we were at Battersea together. You could talk for England and you were allways full of energy, we could never work out where you got it from. You saw good in everyone and everything. You will be missed greatly by us all. Be at Peace my dear friend. xxxx

Was looking through the Malia pics last night, still can't believe the curly drunken minx in those pics is no longer by my side. You made such an amazing mark on all of our lives, it is sometimes hard to remember you are not here. Your memory is so strong and bright, it feels like I only saw you the other week. I can hear your mischevious tones like I have just spoken to you.

I have so much to tell you, so many drunken stories to fill you in on that you would love!

Think about you everyday.

Love you very much, miss you incredibly.

Dear Lucy

I wish I had known you for longer. You were so hopeful for things and I know I wasn't always there for you but I wish I had been. I'm sorry.

I hope and pray that you are at peace in the end and that you have the solace you craved.

All my love to you always,

For you beautiful

There's no one in town I know
You gave us someplace to go
I never said thank you for that
Thought I might get one more chance.

What would you think of me now?
So lucky so strong so proud.
I never said thank you for that
Now I'll never have a chance.

May angels lead you in
Here you'll meet my friends
On sleepless roads the sleepless go
May angels lead you in.

And if you were with me tonight
I'd sing to you just one more time
A song for a heart so big
God couldn't let it live.

May angels lead you in beautiful x x

After the clouds, the sunshine,
after the winter, the spring,
after the shower, the rainbow,
for life is a changeable thing.
After the night, the morning,
bidding all darkness cease,
after life's cares and sorrows,
the comfort and sweetness of peace.
